About me

I’m Jason, and this is my blog.  I vowed a long time ago to never have a blog, but some things have changed and I think I’m ready.  What will I write about?  Who knows…but don’t expect there to be anything regular, not even the frequency of posts.  If I had to guess, you’re probably going to find some Theology, some Politics, some Rambling about Nothing, some Griping, and a lot about things that are important to me:  Christ, my family, fishing, golf, and other things (some to be determined).

As for me and my background, I’m a native of Dahlonega, Georgia and consider myself a lifelong citizen of this community.  I also spent 4.5 years in Atlanta while I attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where I earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2004.  My wife, Anne, and our two daughters, Grace Michala (born 3/16/06) and Anna Kate (born 8/22/08), and I live a truly blessed life.  Together, we call Bethlehem Baptist Church our church home.

There’s more about me for sure, but this is a good start…and I’ll leave the rest to figure out through the blog.
